Ernie is an Audit Partner with the International Accounting Firm of Ernst & Young and is based in the Company's San Jose office. He has over 20 years of total experience during which time he has served a wide variety of clients from start-up, development stage enterprises to full mature multi-national companies. His clients are predominately in the semiconductor and networking industries and include publicly held entities such as Bookham Technology and Intel Corporation. Ernie previously served as the coordinating partner on Centillium Communications, Electroglas, Integrated Silicon Solutions, OPTI, and PLX Technology as well as a number of privately-held entities. Ernie is Ernst & Young's Area Diversity Coordinator for the Pacific Northwest Area as well as the Partner-in-charge of recruiting for San Jose State University. He received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting from San Jose State in 1986. He is Certified Public Accountant, licensed in California and Oregon, and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.

Ernie was a co-founder of the San Jose Chapter of ALPFA. He currently serves as a Director of the Latino Business Professionals of Silicon Valley as well as an officer for the Sixth District PTA of Santa Clara County. He is married with two daughters and enjoys helping others and watching sporting events in his spare time.
