2008 Open Board Positions - Nominations Needed by April 30, 2008

All nominations must be submitted to SF_President@LBPBayArea.org.

Within San Francisco, the following board positions are open for nominations through April 30, 2008:

  • Vice President
  • Director of Development
  • Director of Professional Events
  • Director of Membership & Recruitment
  • Director of Communications/Marketing
  • Director of Community Service
  • Student Representative (students only)

Within Silicon Valley, the following board positions are open for nominations through April 30, 2008:

  • President
  • Vice President
  • Secretary
  • Treasurer
  • Director of Professional Development
  • Director of Community Service
  • Student Representative (students only)

All board members will serve a minimum of two years with nominations occurring in April following completion of the two-year term and elections in May. Board members are expected to attend the chapter-level and joint board meetings based on the schedule detailed at the calendar of events web page.

All board and committee members are expected to contribute a minimum of two (2) hours per week with additional hours required during large-scale events falling within the oversight of each committee. Membership must be current to serve on the board.
